All in one pass! By switching to HE-VA roller technology you will save your time and costs and improve efficiency. HE-VA now offers a leveling bar and a line of smooth or serrated harrows to turn your rollers into a complete cultivator. Along with a wide selection of hoop types, this means you can configure the right machine for any type of terrain.

UNIQUE SELF-LEVELING SYSTEM

The HE-VA SAT system is designed in such a way that full weight transfer from the center section to the center suspended side sections is guaranteed at all times, regardless of ring type, ring size and Tip-Roller width. Using the HE-VA SAT-System, the necessary weight of the robust central frame, wheels and folding mechanism is transferred to the side sections.

3 Sections - 4.5 m to 10.2 m

The rollers are hydraulically driven from the tractor seat by two double-acting services.
You can choose between 13 types of rings and three that can be placed in front of the rollers for additional cultivation.

The rings are mounted on 60 mm axles for greater strength and durability. These axles are supported with 4-bolt bearings protected within U-profile steel.

The shaft of the side sections of the 8.2 m, 9.5 m and 10.2 m Tip-Rollers have a ball bearing in the center for additional support to prevent the shaft from bending.
