SUBSOILER

Description

This subsoiler has serrated discs in front of each arm, these cut grass and soil effectively, before the arms dig into the ground to a depth of up to 50-60cm. The serrated discs ensure that the spikes do not damage the floor surface.

PROTECTION AGAINST STONES

Ground with many stones

  • A hydraulic stone guard is the best option when working on stony ground.
  • A cylinder on each spike allows the spikes to automatically swing upward when hitting the stones and return to their original position when there is no pressure.

Soil with few stones

  • For soils with few stones, the Quick-Push stone protection system is the best choice. Once the spike meets a stone, the safety bolt will be cut with 8 steps.
  • The simple procedure of removing the R-clip and putting the bolt back into place can be done completely without the use of tools and you will quickly be ready to work.

Rollers

Divides clods efficiently

A 550 cm square tube roller divides clods on light soil types and ensures good depth control.

Completely levelled surface

Mounting a Star roller in the entire working width of the machine, the surface is closed after subsoiling. Also, the surface of the grass is slightly aerated, which can affect the grass to set new side shoots. A roller in the entire width of the machine is also an effective way of loosening damages on the surface from spreading manure.

Minimum disruption of the micro-organisms in the soil

With a synchronous Star roller, the surface is left completely closed in the tine tracks, which ensures minimum disruption of the micro organisms in the soil. The weight from the subsoiler is divided into several smaller surfaces hence increasing the pressure compressing the soil harder and efficiently closing the gaps from the tines.
